SAMYR ®
SAMYR was developed in the early 1970's, SAMYR ® is an enteric-coated, pharmaceutical version of SAMe (S-adenosyl-l-methionine), an energy enhancing, anti-depressant. It appears to enhance the impact of mood boosting neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dompamine by either making the existing receptors more receptive to the neurotransmitters or by controlling the breakdown of the neurotransmitters.
